Conversations occur exclusively via WhatsApp using official or verified accounts linked to NovaConverse.ai.
Users start the chat voluntarily by contacting our AI companion through the provided WhatsApp link.
We may occasionally send service or billing messages related to your use of the service.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments are made through secure paylinks sent directly in WhatsApp.
NovaConverse.ai does not process payments directly on the website.
Subscriptions grant time-limited or message-limited access to chat features.
By completing payment through a paylink, you agree to the pricing, renewal, and refund terms presented in that link or message.
Access is typically granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
6. Refunds
Refunds for digital services are subject to our Refund Policy.
Users may request a refund only under the conditions described there.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harassing communication;
share explicit, violent, or discriminatory content;
attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service;
impersonate others or send spam through WhatsApp.
