This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services provided by NovaConverse.ai.
By making a payment through our secure paylink (sent via WhatsApp), you agree to the following conditions.
1. Nature of the Service
NovaConverse.ai provides digital conversational experiences through AI companions on WhatsApp.
Our product is non-physical and is delivered immediately after successful payment confirmation.
Because of this instant delivery, our services are classified as non-refundable digital goods under applicable consumer protection laws.
2. General Refund Conditions
Refunds may only be granted in the following cases:
You were charged but did not receive access to the AI chat;
There was a technical error on our side preventing use of the service;
You were charged multiple times by mistake for the same order.
Refunds will not be issued for:
dissatisfaction with AI responses or conversation quality;
change of mind after successful use of the service;
intentional misuse of the product or violation of our Terms of Service.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of payment at:

your WhatsApp number used for payment and conversation;
date and amount of the transaction;
short description of the issue.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 5–10 business days.
4. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method you used (for example, Stripe, Cryptomus, or Paddle).
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–14 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
5. Subscription Cancellation
If your access includes an active subscription, you can cancel future renewals by contacting us at support@novaconverse.ai

Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
